Today when I started VMWare Fusion, I tried to ‘resume’ one of my VM’s and got the following error:

The network bridge on device /dev/vmnet0 is not running.

After a little searching around, I found that the following command fixes it:

sudo /Library/Application Support/VMware Fusion/boot.sh –restart
