Cheers for the round-up. I went through the same head-to-head at the end of last year. I spent the trial period one-day-at-a-time with each app. In the middle of the trail phase, Versions released an update which did make the app feel more modern,Having used Versions for about 18months, every day, I had the same trouble finding some features, but after a while I began to prefer _some_ of the Cornerstone layout. I much preferred Cornerstone's selectors for viewing new/updated/missing files over Versions All/Changed selector - doubly so after the update as they moved it to a screen location that makes no sense to me.I'd also agree with the general tone expressed here, Cornerstone feels a bit more "pro". In the end I decided not to spend more money on version control software, even tho' I wanted to switch.

Hi<br

Judging from Versions almost complete lack of progress since it was released I suspect I am not alone in this (Cornerstone is now at v2.0.4.) In general, when I've had issues with Cornerstone I get feedback from their tech support people (yes, they have someone other than the coder handling tech support) within hours. So, looks like Cornerstone won.I suspect that Cornerstone will dominate the "graphical version control client" niche on the Mac until someone does something similar for git or mercurial (seems like git has more traction, but I hold out hope for mercurial).

It’s interesting you never followed up on this.

I went through the same process, and eventually went with Cornerstone. I think a lot of people get sucked into trying to over-use the power that php has and end up overlooking something as simple as just setting classes to manipulate variations in visual appearance.
CSS is a powerful tool in itself and can be just as handy as a php snippet at times.
Thanks.

This is great.<br
